be credited to a student’s account until
the reply form, if required, is completed, signed
and returned to the Financial Aid Office.

receipt of the reply form, if required, all
finalized awards with the exception of student
employment and loans are credited to student

of the Student Aid Report (SAR) to finalize
the award. The award is shown as estimated if
the SAR is required and has not been received
by the Financial Aid Office. The amount of a

indicates the student’s eligibility based
on full-time enrollment for the year (unless
otherwise stated). Note: An ESTIMATED Federal
Pell Grant is NOT an official award.
2. STATE GRANT: A State Grant
indicated on the award letter is based on notification
received from the agency. An estimated award
is based on projected eligibility and is NOT
an official award. It is assumed the student

of the award, including filing prior to deadline
dates. The University cannot replace estimated
funds which are not awarded due to the failure
of the student to apply on time. Student must
maintain academic progress to continue eligibility.

on the reverse. Awards are renewable for the
normal period required to complete undergraduate
program requirements.
