You will need to have an Entrance Interview completed before you can receive your Stafford Loan funds. The Entrance Interview can only be completed via the Internet. Please complete the interview on-line at:

Under "Student Loans", click on "Entrance and Exit Counseling" and follow the instructions. AES/PHEAA will notify the Financial Aid Office via e-mail when you complete the Entrance Interview.

An Entrance Interview only needs to be completed once, though you may receive multiple requests to complete the Entrance Interview, because of multiple loans or from different sources. Please call the Financial Aid Office at 412-396-6607 if you have any questions.

Exit Interview

You are required to complete an Exit Interview since you received Federal Stafford Loan funds while you were enrolled at Duquesne. This Exit Interview can be completed in the Duquesne University Financial Aid Office or via the Internet. You can complete it online at:

You will be required to provide names and addresses for "Next of Kin" and two other references.

Under "Other Helpful Tools," click on "Exit Counseling" and follow the instructions. PHEAA will notify the Financial Aid Office via e-mail when you complete the Exit Interview.
